Shipping Information :-
Casetrend provides FREE Express domestic shipping service to its customers across the country. We usually ship the orders within 24 to 48 hours after receipt. Once an order is shipped, it is expected to reach the buyer within next 1 to 5 business days under normal circumstances.
We usually ship the orders received via BLUEDART EXPRESS Courier Service. However, in case the delivery location is not serviceable by BLUEDART, the order is dispatched using other reputed courier services like Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees etc.
Based on our past experience, the tentative timelines of delivery to serviceable pin-codes across the country are as under :-

Kindly note that the above timelines as indicated are only estimates and does not guarantee the delivery of a package within the days mentioned. The shipping timelines may vary due factors such as bad weather, public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances.
In case of Pre-paid orders where none of our courier partners provides its service, the orders are shipped using India Post - Speed Post service.
International orders are generally shipped using DHL or Fedex.

Kindly note that CoD orders for locations, where CoD facility is not offered by our courier partner shall be automatically cancelled.
IMPORTANT: Casetrend shall not be responsible if a package is un-deliverable or its delivery is extensively delayed due to missing / incomplete / incorrect destination address. We do our best to avoid such errors by calling and verifying the shipping information from each customer before an order is dispatched. Customers are also requested to kindly ensure filing their complete address while placing an order, to avoid any delay in receiving the product.
Casetrend shall not be liable for any kind of state taxes / duties which may be imposed over the shipment during transit. All such taxes, duties, customs and other charges whatsoever, which may be levied on the shipment during transit shall have to be borne by the consignee only.
