About The Product  

What materials are your cases made from? 

Our cases are made from a variety of hybrid TPU, PC & Metal alloy material providing a mix between hard plastic and soft silicone. The material varies with each case depending on its style, functionality and purpose.

How protective are your cases? 

Our cases feature the most important protective features, while providing minimal bulk. Our cases have a 2 – 3 mm raised front lip for enhanced screen protection and fully covered bumpers with shock absorbing technology. Please view the images of each product on the product page to learn more, as the design of each case varies depending on its functionality and purpose.

My case's bumpers are dirty, how can I clean them?

The rubberized sides may become dis-colored when exposed to excessive dirt or dyes. We suggest removing your phone from the case and firmly scrubbing the bumpers with a warm, soapy cloth. It will become new again.

My product was found damaged upon delivery. What should I do?

If your ordered product has arrived in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of product’s arrival for a suitable resolution.

 

About The Order  

How can I place an order on Casetrend?

It is very easy and simple to place an order on  Casetrend. Kindly visit our store at https://casetrend.in/ Choose products that you want to order, then click on "Add to Cart" and "Check out". Then fill-in your shipping details and pay for the order using any of the available payment options. Here you go. That's it !  The product ordered shall be shipped to you within next 24 - 48 hours and you will be notified with the shipping details as well.  

How can I modify my order?

Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been processed and fulfilled yet. If you want to change / modify your order, kindly contact us via email at support@casetrend.in within 24 hours after placing your order. Kindly note that once an order is fulfilled, the same cannot be modified.

How do i use a discount code or gift card while ordering?

Please add the item(s) in your cart, click checkout and look for “Have a Coupon Code” section on the next page. Type the coupon code in that section and click apply. The discount will be applied automatically and the order value will be revised on the screen.

How can I cancel an order placed?

We don't want our customers to cancel any of their orders placed with us, however, still, if you wish to cancel an order placed at Casetrend, there are three ways by which you can effortlessly do the same :-  

  1. You can drop an email at support@casetrend.com with the subject line "Cancel My Order - Order No. XXXXX" and we'll cancel your order as soon as we'll get your email.
  2. We usually make a confirmation call before dispatching your order. You can also change / modify or cancel your order during that call.
  3. You can also directly call us, to cancel your order, during our office hours : 11:30 AM - 07:30 PM (Tuesday - Sunday) at  +91-89203 58635

 

About Shipping

How will you ship my order and what is the shipping cost?

Orders received are usually processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours. The selection of courier partner mainly depends on the delivery area pin code. We usually ship all domestic orders via BLUEDART Express Courier. In case a pin code is not serviceable by BLUEDART, we prefer to ship via Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpress Bees etc. International orders are generally shipped via DHL or Fedex.

Domestic shipping for all products ordered across www.casetrend.in is absolutely FREE.

How long it will take to deliver my order?

We usually dispatch all orders received within 24 - 48 hours and the shipping timelines primarily depends on the delivery location. Kindly refer our Shipping Policy for more details. Customers are requested to kindly allow us with additional processing and shipping time during holidays, sales, pre-orders, new releases etc.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, the tracking details are sent to you over e-mail shared by you while placing the order. You may further track the shipment at respective courier partner’s website or can simultaneously check its status with us over e-mail / customer care support over call.

My order says delivered but it hasn’t. What should i do?

This might happen occasionally if the courier partner has inadvertently marked the package as “Delivered” before its arrival or have delivered the same at wrong address or any nearby address. In such cases, we recommend you to first check regarding the delivery of package with your neighbor(s) or your nearest courier partner delivery center. If the package is still not traced, kindly write to us at support@casetrend.com or call us at +91 - 89203 58635. Our team will help you out.

I have received the tracking details but i am unable to track the same online. What should i do?

At times, the tracking details are not instantly updated online and may take upto 24 - 36 hours for online updation. In such cases, kindly do not worry as your package is on its way. Still, if you are not able to see any updates online after 36 hours, kindly contact us. Our team will help you and will ensure the package reaches you on time.  

From which location my order is shipped?

Orders at Casetrend are mainly shipped from our different facilities located in New Delhi and Haryana.

 

About Payments

How can i pay for my order?

We offer a complete safe shopping experience to our customers. We accept payment via all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI (Paytm / Google Pay) etc. We also offer CoD (Cash on Delivery) facility.

So, you can choose the most suitable payment method as convenient to you. All products listed on Casetrend comes with a price tag in INR (INDIAN RUPEE).
