Returns & Refunds
Return & Exchange:
Our Return & Exchange policy lasts 7 days after the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Eligibility for Return & Exchange of a product:-
- The item delivered must be unused and in the same condition as you have received. It must also be in the original packaging along with its brochures / catalogues / user manual etc., as the case may be.
- Return & Exchange is not accepted for reasons including but not limited to (a.) Order placed with wrong model, (b.) Order placed with wrong color, (c.) The case does not looks good on my phone etc. Our team makes their best effort to keep our product’s images, description and title as clear as possible. We therefore request our customers to please carefully go through our product’s images & product description before placing an order.
- Return & Exchange is not accepted in case the product is physically damaged during installation or its application by the user.
- Return & Exchange for tempered glass, battery, power banks is not accepted.
- Return & Exchange is not accepted if the protective film (if any) installed over the product is removed.
- Non-qualifying Return & Exchange include any item(s) sold with a "BOGO" offer or with 50% or more discount.
- Order ID and Invoice should be available for processing a Return or Exchange request.
Once the Return & Exchange request is accepted, Casetrend will arrange a reverse pickup for your order. All you need to do is pack the product along with its original packing box, brochures, catalogues etc. and mention our address over it. However, there may be instances, where return pick up facility is not available at a location OR Return & Exchange request for a product is being accepted by Casetrend as a good gesture. In all such cases, the buyer shall be requested to ship the product back to us. For eligible return & exchange cases, the return shipping cost, if any, borne by the buyer shall be compensated by way of store credit / free gifts (Selection of mode depends on Casetrend’s discretion). The issued Store Credit’s (if any) can be redeemed over the website of Casetrend while placing your next order.
NOTE : Once a returned product is received back at our warehouse, the same will undergo QC (Quality Check). Returns qualifying the QC shall only be eligible for a replacement or exchange (as the case may be). Casetrend shall notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.
Exchange request shall be entertained only for same or higher value products. For higher value product/s chosen, the buyer shall be required to pay the differential amount before the exchanged product is shipped by Casetrend.
IMPORTANT : Since Cases / Covers for relatively old models of smartphones (i.e. models / variants more than 3 generations old) are sold at "Stock Clearance Price", we shall not be able to entertain any Replacement / Exchange Request for such covers & cases sold.
Their will be no refund for orders placed on CoD (Cash on Delivery) basis. Such orders are only eligible for a replacement or an exchange (as the case may be). For prepaid orders, refund shall be processed in the form of bank transfer / UPI payment / store credit. Such store credits / gift vouchers can be used at our website to shop for any other product(s) and shall usually remain valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance.
Partial Refunds :
Partial refund may be given only in cases where a product returned does not qualifies the QC but is deemed to be eligible for return in good faith or as a goodwill gesture towards a regular buyer by Casetrend. In all such cases our team will connect with the buyer and will resolve the matter amicably. The liability of Casetrend shall remain limited to 50% of the total order value under partial refund program for eligible cases.
